Essential Oil Recipes for Emotional Issues

Essential oils can be used for many things. Here's a few ideas and recipes. Get more essential oil recipes.

Depression

Add any one of these options to the bath as you get in.

20 drops of Lavender or
10-15 drops of Ylang Ylang or
15 drops of Sweet Marjoram.

Make a massage oil with any of the above by adding to two (2) ounces of Massage Oil.

Self-Esteem Booster

1 teaspoon Jojoba Oil or Massage Oil
6 drops Marjoram
9 drops Ylang Ylang
2 drops Patchouli
Mix in roll-on and use as perfume.
